It was a problem on my Brooklands Roadster 3.7 but it has been solved by converting the exhausts to side exit. I'm guessing a vortex at the rear of the car brings the exhaust fumes into the cockpit. Image from a previous post Don.
How did you do it? I'd like something similar. I can definitely smell the exhaust coming in when the engine is cold so ai imagine it's doing it all the time, I just can't smell it once the cat starts working..... Nick
