I’ve just sold on eBay a Life Like Hobby kit of a musket in its box that I bought in about 1977 from Carters in Bradford (big toy and model shop on three floors)

It still had the original price sticker on - £2.74

I remember it costing me a small fortune having saved up for weeks

It was a huge life size long musket kit and probably one of the most expensive kits in the shop

I also have a large collection of Aurora Prehistoric Scene kits unmade in boxes which I keep meaning to sell - I think they were around under a pound in 1973
