Well, he'd have to find a V-twin from somewhere - there aren't so many about nowadays, since Peugeot have stopped making them...
A four valve head Weslake would be nice - you'd hear that coming Peter!
Sadly, no V-Twins from them either...
Perhaps an Indian made J.A. Prestwich copy?
