The main featute of the two kits being discussed is that the shorter upper wishbone gives desirable negative camber to outer wheel when cornering and hence under compression. It also places the pivot point of track rods closer to upper suspension pivot point.
The standard setup does have a slightly shorter upper wishbone but nothing like the after market kits.
