I have had the Empire Kit fitted to my 2013 M3W for a few years now. I think if the original set up from Morgan had been like the post 2014 cars I would have been happy with that. As it was though it was fairly lethal on anything but smooth roads and not great on them either. The Empire Kit was available before Morgan did their small adjustment and half fixed the problem.
The Empire Kit and probably Alains, improve matters and help considerably with removing most of the tendency to understeer that todays cars still seem to have. The car follows a corner more accurately without the need for mid corner corrections. I use Blockley Tyres with Spax adjustable shocks and it all seems to work quite well.
