Sorry, don't know what has happened to Photobucket - it's shrunk the photos.
My guess would be that you are posting the link to the thumbnail, not the full size image.
As your PB account is locked I cannot check for you but my guess is you need to edit your post using the following steps: -
(once you've clicked on the image you want, a grey navigation menu will show on the top edge of the photo) Share > Post to web site > Get link code > IMG for bulletin boards & forums (navigation route on Photobucket)
And then cut and paste the code from the
Full size box
