Maybe the reason that it is not in the news is that it's not news. If I sent that to any of my editors it would be tossed in the bin and I would be out of work. On the other hand if I sent it to an organisation intent on discrediting climate change science I would probably earn a nice little fee.
The warning signs appear in the first two sentences i.e. any headline with a question mark in it is dodgy. And then we read "Recent reports indicate.." If you can't cite the report you don't have a story.
