Mine used to trip randomly anywhere between a couple of miles or a couple of hundred
Tried replacing it but still the same so it’s now cable tied shut
If it does trip it only kills the fuel pump feed so once you’ve coasted to a halt all the lights, gauges and starter still work so it can be a bit confusing.
