At last count there were many thousands of people who had expressed interest and therefore, 190 would seem to denote your place on the list of deposits.
From the start, MMC have said the first 100 cars will be built in 2012 and therefore, based on 100 a year, #191 would put you into year 2 (hence your 2013 date). The only glitch in my reasoning would be that you have been told early in 2013 and if it takes 12-months to build 100, my assumption is #191 would put you into October or November 2013.
