Will do. The inline fuel filter is quite new but I was unaware of others in the system, I'm guessing the fuel pump and carb? I'll read-up, although my last experience of taking a Weber apart and putting it back together didn't go smoothly...
I have assembled some new parts and will start at the weekend with the condenser, then points and ballast resistor. If that fails I'll try the ignition coil, distributor cap and HT leads next week.
I'll post the end result in case it helps fellow X-flow owners in the future.
