Sadly that sort of thing happens on a daily basis now on my commute to and from work
The roads are just so congested and the traffic so constant that stupid people no longer wait and instead pull out when there is the merest of gaps or when there isn’t a gap and completely misjudge it
I don’t know what the answer is and my prediction is it’s going to get worse - more cars, more idiots or unsafe drivers
