Does anyone know where the indicator relay is on a 1999 4 4?
I want to change it to a buzzer type if possible as the indicator instrument lights are almost invisible in the sunlight and as the indicators sometimes do not automatically turn off I would like an audible warning that they are still working.
Alternatively I will buy a small generic buzzer. If I choose this option where is the best place to connect it?
I bought a motorcycle buzzer on ebay £7.50 3 wires, fitted behind the spare wheel. Attach one wire to each positive wire from L/R indicator and 3rd wire to earth. Loud enough to hear in cockpit and acts as a reverse bleeper if you use hazard warning lights.
