I badly misjudged the entry speed of a roundabout and collected a decorative boulder with the passenger side front wheel. It tore the wheel loose from the frame and dented the cowl. The frame was bent, fender destroyed, exhaust pipe kinked, wheel destroyed, shock broken and steering track rod bent.
The car was a 2013 M3W and this happened in 2015.
My dealer convinced my insurance company to fix it. Parts came to $13k and labor was about $12k. I upgraded to a Centa Compensator and Spax shocks on my own dime.
I would not touch a wrecked M3W except to part it out.
