If you are to be driving on the level open road and not stopped in log jammed traffic much, I doubt whether you really need those fans at all. In my experience the heat only builds up at very low speed.
The other thing you might consider doing is to wrap the exhaust manifold pipes with insulation to keep the engine bay temperature down.
