If you are selling a second hand car for £25k+ privately the number of potential buyers with this (not inconsiderable) amount of disposable cash - is quite a low number. Factor in a specialist car like a Morgan (that is a non essential to family transport requirements) and selling becomes tough?

In the last month, three Morgans being sold privately (one on the For Sale section within TM) are now up for sale @ Morgan dealers...so did these owners have to "accept" what dealers are offering and had no choice but to go down this route...I guess so?

Having said all the above - I am still in the market for throwing money at a good 8+...preferably buying it privately......ha!

As an economic observer from "Downunder" it seems things are fairly tough in the UK at the moment and the shadow of Brexit hangs heavily on consumer confidence. Regrettably, it will be some time before this is resolved.

On the issue of a good +8, I could not agree with you more MDS61 and I regret to report there are no cheap ones in any condition here.
