Belt looks reasonably centered. The true indicator is all of the black powder covering everything. That is aluminum that the belt is chewing through from the sprocket. Once the belt wears through the anodized coating, which is very hard, it then starts to chew through the softer aluminum under it. The squeaky noises come from this interaction and will only get worse.

A good indicator is to take a photo of the sprocket where the belt is not riding towards the front of the car. Look at the sprocket teeth and if they are starting to wear down unevenly then you have found the problem.

The only solution is to replace the sprocket with the new steel sprocket which is now standard for a reason.

The belt itself should last 100,000 miles. I ate 3 aluminum sprockets, went on to the Super Max overly and then moved to the steel sprocket when I killed that. The steel one was not available in the bad old days...
