It was Bill Fink, the Morgan Guru of Guru's, who worked on Will Freeman's 3 Wheeler. This was his sound opinion but as with all theories needs to be tested. Considering Will has traveled considerable distance since without incident it could well be correct. For the sake of a few dollars it is a simple fix.
