Lotus sold the Lotus 7 design and rights to Caterham, who have built a successful business on it.
MMC might do the same, sell the 4/4 name and design to someone who wanted to continue production of the ladder frame 4/4....and in doing so get a chunk of change to invest in the next generation of Morgans.
That's a very good analogy. It could work this way... if Morgan's not afraid of it.
