Bad title but it is correct. Ever since my car was rebuilt with a new frame I am getting floor panel vibrations at around 3100 rpm and stopping at 3500 rpm. This is the maximum torque range so the whole car is trying to sing. The new frame arrived with a new floor of aluminum and I suspect loose rivets. I am also looking into the idea of clearing everything out as much as possible, a good cleaning then finishing up with a bead of silicone caulk at all the joins.

Ideas, thoughts or dire warnings?
