Ian, FYI, this is reply I got from the Aviator Hotel when I asked them to add us to the list for dinner on the two nights:
I note that the Club have booked dinner for 20 people on the evenings of 28th & 29th. Whilst no names have been detailed I assume it is for club members staying that evening.
We will require a pre-order for dinner 7-10 days prior to the event. If you have not received details from the organiser please contact them or come back to us.
If we can be of assistance in the meantime please do not hesitate to let us know.
