Hi I know you are in Germany. For the Greek side of Cyprus there are options to ship from UK by container on a weekly basis. I would guess there are similar options from Northern Germany. Temporary import is for max 6 months. However, for permanent import into Cyprus there is a CO2 test. You would need to check if a 4/4 would pass the test.
I am fairly sure I have read in the past in Miscellany about a Morgan owner in Cyprus. Check with Gill Bevan and Machiel Kalf.
I have driven in Cyprus, but not my Morgan, it's no different to the climates in southern Spain, Greece or southern USA states where I have driven a morgan in 40C + temperatures. Try a bimini hood. Don't give up the idea.
