This will teach me to sign the praises of Yodel, I have been in all day awaiting a delivery but all to no avail. The tracking site doesn't say anything worthwhile and the only 'phone number I could find wanted me to pay £6.00 for the privilege of trying to find out where my delivery is.
I do feel very helpless in the face of soulless tech.
Lesson for me, shop locally!!!
