In the past month, we have been trying to resolve a creeping hardware problem that has been causing high and very random CPU steal times on our uk12.tmd.cloud hosting server which hosts your account tm-img.com, thus disrupting its quality of service. Until Monday, we have been working with the current London, UK facility we operate, in order to resolve the problem and have been also working on a backup plan, in case things do not work as intended. This backup plan involved migrating to another facility of ours as explained in detail in the TMDHosting Status Page.
Regretfully, due to our current London, UK data center's inability of deploying and guaranteeing a sustainable solution for a month already, we have decided to execute our backup plan and we are now ready to do so.
Tonight, we are opening an emergency maintenance window between: Thu, Oct 4, 2018 at 22:00 GMT and Fri, Oct 5, 2018 at 10:00AM GMT.
During this maintenance window, we will transfer your account with tm-img.com to our other London, UK facility. While this process is ongoing, short disruptions to service may appear and we'd like to very much apologize for them in advance.
We will try to do this as swiftly as possible, working mostly overnight. Rest assured that this action will result in full and permanent restoration of the quality of service.
IMPORTANT:We strongly advise that you do not perform any actions on your hosting accounts in the aforementioned maintenance window. The public IPv4 address of your account will change and if the domain names DNS servers are with us, we will do the switch for you. If you are managing your own DNS service, we will follow up with the new A record when we are ready.
Last, but certainly not least - please accept our most sincere apologies about the inconvenience that was caused by the development of events in the past month within our London based infrastructure. Trust us - we have tried resolving the situation in any possible mean until now, however it looks we need to completely swap hardware, in order to do so.
