O.K., I'm biased I know but I get immense pleasure from strolling down the Kings Road looking at all the fabulous cars that I could never afford. So, they don't pay the odd parking ticket, who cares when they give that much pleasure. If you want to get picky about parking tickets try the diplomatic cars, some of those cars never pay a ticket and they are usually boring Mercs.
