Anyway, that guy isn’t a visitor, he’s a plumber from Hackney road, he just uses those plates so he can do what he likes. The parking ticket is a fake too, he slaps one on himself, then nobody bothers him all day. Bogs don’t unblock themselves you know, it can take a while.



I've always wondered if fitting middle eastern plates would give a degree of immunity to parking tickets and other misdemeanours.
What is the probability of getting caught, especially if the plates were cloned from a real plate....?
