Pleased for you the standard rear plinth was specially fitted, as a full rear bumper normally means tacky add-on fog and reverse lights.
The leather will be a pig to keep clean though. I keep a can of foam cleaner handy

Strangely mention is made of adjustable rear shocks but not front
Re shortening Roadster gear lever - I think it would be severely hampered by the sliding sleeve gate for reverse on the Mustang box.
ETA: I note it has AR exhausts fitted. Although I can't immediately see how, I wonder if these contribute to reducing throttle lag
