I'm not convinced that the world needs Transit vans that are any quicker than the standard ones....
Yes, you're right. It used to be bizarre and somewhat grotesque to build a car like this when the normal transits had a maximum speed of 80 or 90 km/h.
Today it's a nightmare when sprinters drive 180 km/h on the German Autobahn, that's really scary.
