If the seats are ok and it’s just the leather surface you can have them re-connellised which is a spray paint surface treatment.
Basically they sand the surface, fill some cracks, then spray the colour and top coat colours back on. I had it done on a Porsche by a company called damage undone near Chippenham and very pleased with the results. They have some videos and pictures of the process on their website.
Cost was under a thousand for all the interior but all parts supplied stripped. They can do parts in situ too. Colour is matched with a fancy scanner to a part that’s original or you can pick new colour if preferred.
