Thanks for the responses. I’ll have a look at it myself and then no doubt send it off to Melvyn to be done properly. He can calibrate the speedo at the same time so that my passenger doesn’t think we are doing 85 mph when in reality it’s only 70.

BTW, when some bits of the car (although it may be only the speedo at this stage) have done 150,000 miles it’s more a badge of honour than something to try to hide😊.
