In my opinion a wise decision. I was offered this M3W when I was looking, great condition, but when you add the cost of the necessary upgrades it brought the price to over $40,000. Ended up getting a 2013 M3W with all upgrades, great condition and only 600 miles more on the clock for under what was original wanted on this one.
