Button, whilst at the Factory today, I specifically asked Mark Baldwin (very knowledgeable & exceedingly helpful with a few snagging issues with mine)

This is how they aim to set up a 'road car' rtm

Camber, 1/4 to 1/2 degree negative, & he feels over the 1/2 would be to much for road use

Caster, same as King Pin inclination, they set up at chassis build by tilting the crosshead to 5-6mm from vertical

Tracking, 3mm toe in


Caster is not the same thing as KPI

Caster is the angle of the kingpin when viewed from the side of the car. Ideally around 6 degrees on a Morgan

KPI is the angle of the kingpin when viewed from the front of the car, about 5 degrees, but because camber adjustment is made by changing the angle of kingpin it will be changed relative to the camber angle

I took KPI = Caster as a typo. Should have been camber.

Thanks Simon, although the Caster is not right on 4 degrees - left 2.6 and right 3.4 the steering is returning to straight OK. But the camber is -0.1 degrees so I will change it 0 degrees or + a little bit. Toe in is 0.
