Your "Ten-year-plan" seems realistic to me unless you farm out a lot of work. If not you may be able to keep the budget lower than it seemed at first sight.
Do you have the chassis nr.? If so, make contact with the factory. They will provide you with a copy of the bulid sheet. If no chassis nr. try it with the engine and gearbox nrs.
