I used narrow spacers years ago. They really need locating centrally on the hubs and may need extended studs.
I'm thinking of either 5-10mm spacers and see how much meat is left on the studs, or going for the much larger hubcentric style which bolt onto the hubs and then have their own studs - these are about 25-30mm usually (used these on my Land Rovers).
I think I've read the PCD is 4x130 - does that sound right?
