HGV1 some time in my 20s (can't be rsed to look that one up)
My car and bike tests were originally on the same day, but the bike I had borrowed (from the then RAC/ACU training scheme) - a BSA Bantam turned out to be out of MoT, so the bike test had to wait a few months.
