I have a 2012 Walnut dash for a Plus 4 that I no longer use however I am absolutely certain that it would be very different to yours and I think your dash may be narrower too.

Borghi in Milan stocks a good selection of beautifully made dashboards and would probably have one that would suit your car. If it is not in stock it can be made for you.
