Quick update. I've just heard from the group sales manager directly. She's willing to hold 15 assorted rooms for us, plus private space in the Pub Room for a club dinner on either Friday or Saturday night. She'll send me the package details (including discount levels) and a group booking number on Tuesday.

As we get closer, we can adjust the number of rooms.

If anyone wants to help with scouting road trips, lunch and entertainment venues for Friday and Saturday, feel free to join in!
