I’m sure it’ll be fine and Morgan will continue as is, Lotus has managed fairly well with a similar arrangement. The worst case would be drastic change, Mini springs to mind, probably a great financial success for BMW but a product so far removed from the original, an old-new one is worthless while an old original one, even a pallet of junk, is desirable.
Oddly enough, Pretty woman also springs to mind, maybe the new guys with break the company up and spend it all on Julia Roberts lookalikes.
