It's almost inevitable Dean. We saw this unfold in Devon over ten years with a hotel which was built by gen 1. Run successfully for over 50 years by gen 1 and gen 2, despite some from gen 2 not being involved. At one point they owned the only other hotel in that location. The asset was £ million plus.
When gen 3 came along it imploded and everything was sold off.
