Yes but the panel beating that goes with it is very specialist. At the end of the day the ash frame is probably the bit that makes Morgans unique because it is central to the process of panel beating and therefore the individuality of each car. Once this is removed from the process and replaced with a precision moulded or assembled frame, the need for panel beating goes with it, to be replaced with the supply and assembly of pre-formed panels.


Yes but thats the part that makes it necessary to hand produce, it means that parts arent interchangeable in the way they should be, and it limits volumes. I reckon you will find that the new Italians owners do something about the old factory methods and gross inefficiencies.
