Personally I think the chance of infestation in modern pressure treated wood is low, but if you were doing a restoration that would be different. I'm not about epoxying as you could trap both moisture and larvae - on the other hand you would stop MORE moisture soaking in. Heat treatment or an electro-gun might be the best non-chemical options.
