I agree with what has been said about the battery. You can have a weak cell and it "looks charged" but rapidly de-charges when you try to start. Happens to two wheelers all the time when the battery sits all winter EVEN on a charger. If you have a glass matte battery they will only suffer one low charge. Even they can boil out the water if your trickle is over charging
