I've said it before but I'll repeat it. I think everyone who drives four wheels of any kind should be required to have ridden two wheels for at least a year and be able to prove it.
I have also said this and stand by the concept.
Agreed and did that ... my parents bough me my first bicycle at age 4 :>)
