Early ‘54 Plus Four: First assembly after 25 years apart. Brakes and lines all look good, new shoes and all bled, twice, and adjusted. Takes 3 to 4 pumps to get a good solid pedal, release and wait 10 seconds and same again. Once I have a firm pedal I can stand on it and it does not bleed down. Suggestions please...... many thanks.
