I deeply regret having to write this sad news.
Having had a serious road accident on Sunday 14th April whilst driving an MMC five speeder and passengered by John Barker. Bill had sustained serious injuries and never recovered.
Bill Higginson died at 0630 Friday 26th April.
Long term Morgan Three Wheeler and Vintage Motorcycle Owner. Bill was well known and was a good friend, his job as Tour Guide at Morgan Motor Co. brought him in to contact with many people.
