HERE that might help.
This is what I did on an early UK car. It is a fiddly job but basically you need to unplug the indicator cables from the wiring harness & snip any tie wraps so that the cables are free to move. Then remove the tiny screw under the indicator bezel, work the lamp module foward while feeding the cables into the rear of the lamp holder. Snip off the old lamp module and solder on the new one, insulating the connections. Then fiddle it all back together and hopefully everything will work! Good luck!
