Thanks, yeah, it's a bitch to deal with it, but I almost have it down to a science these days. Luckily I never ended up like those people wearing respirators when out and about.

I row a lot and I think that has had a good effect.

Here's a pic of my rowing boat (15ft long, 70 lbs):



(I mostly use a sliding seat these days).

That boat has made my health markedly better, because I can be outside, no foamy chemicals in sight (neoprene etc), and I get a lot of exercise.

I think a threewheeler will be just the ticket, regardless of helmet or not. If it turns out I react to the Cromwell, and I can't find another, then so be it. That won't keep me from driving. Wind in the face, low and fun. How much better than that can it get?
