Da Vinci's home is a nice place to visit and is sponsored by IBM, I think. Lovely area and great for visting Chateau's and some very good wines too wine

Never had any issues in France but idiots are everywhere. Sorry these guys were victims to such a mindless act.


This was our third time in Amboise (indeed we were there at the same time as PeterG last year and said hi) and despite the vandalism I reported, we'd go back there again in a flash.

It's a great place to be based when "doing" the Loire. However, I'll now be a bit more cautious when parking and remember that there are morons everywhere including unfortunately La Belle France
