The ECU from G56 is unlocked and can be modified. I had one installed. My ECU was optimized for Stage 1 ( high flow air filter and high flow exhaust ) and Stage 2 ( new cams that increase intake and outflow ) by G56. You could even do an open road tune with your tuner in the passenger seat with computer connected to the ECU while your driving.
