That sounds a lovely colour combination you have, there are quite a few Scottish members on here and at least 3 in Aberdeenshire from memory. I'm sure they'll introduce themselves in time.

Many of us on here have waited 30 years or so to realise ownership of our longed for dream I waited 34 years for mine when I too fell in love with the Plus 8 back in 1970 reading about it in an edition of Autocar on Wolfe Island in Canada. Some dreams come true when you hustle them along a bit, the strange thing is I have never felt the need to own any other car at all in this way.
