While "Tyre Rack" may not list Morgan in their manufacturers list it might be worth giving them a ring and they might be able to save you the shipping and customs charges. I am sure that some of our U.S. +8 owners will be able to tell you about the options that are available domestically.
I just checked and the Dunlop Sport Classic which has recently been released is available in your size. This would be more suitable for the type of use you envisage.
